Its Name To IHS Aviation Information

New Identity to Maximize Recognition Within Marketplace

DENVER, November 16, 1999- IHS TransPort Data Solutions, a leading provider of aviation information services, today announced that it has changed its name to IHS Aviation Information (www.ihsaviation.com) effective immediately.

"We believe the new IHS Aviation name will help us strengthen our identity as a leader in aviation information delivery. It better reflects our focus on the aviation industry," said Tony Martinez, general manager of IHS Aviation Information since 1996.
